This only happens when travel lantern is equiped. I used Realistic Lighting Overhaul and the bug is gone at the riverwood trader but its there in breezeholme(ladder, floor, walls), also riften(pretty much everywhere) and in much bigger space than with enhanced lights. I spent alot of time trying to fix it with tweaking the inis but nothing seems to work.Starting to think its an ati driver issue maybe? Used 13.9 and 13.12 drivers.
